How to Prepare for Your First Visit
A little preparation can help your first visit go smoothly. If possible, bring recent X-rays taken within the past six months so our team can more accurately evaluate your smile and recommend treatment. If you have orthodontic insurance, please bring your insurance card as well.
Having this information at your first visit allows us to give you a more accurate estimate of your treatment costs and timeline from the start. It also helps our team avoid unnecessary duplicate imaging, so your visit stays efficient and focused on your smile goals. If you have any completed new patient forms, feel free to bring those along too, or complete them in our office before your appointment.
